AUSMIP?

The AUSMIP network (Architecture and Urbanism Student Mobility International Program) offers opportunities for students interested in a semester exchange to three top universities in Japan, Tokyo University, Chiba University and Kyushu University.

Since 2002, the faculty of Architecture has had a close partnership with these universities, and in 2023 the agreement was extended to the engineering faculties under the Science, Engineering & Technology Group of KU Leuven.

What's it about?

Embedded within long-standing academic collaborations, Ausmip’s highly diverse network and platform enables master students and researchers to participate to tailor-made education-, design- and research-modules, addressing common challenges and change in the fields of architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, urban & spatial planning and landscape design & urban forestry.
